Retention and Use of Personal Information
In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose for which it was collected or provided has been fulfilled.
However, to facilitate customer service and inquiries, consultation records may be retained for three months after the consultation has been completed. Where other laws, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, require the information to be retained, it will be stored for the legally prescribed period.
